การเรียนดนตรีให้เข้าใจ Learning to understand music

เป็นที่ทราบกันดีว่า "ดนตรี" มีส่วนช่วยในการส่งเสริมพัฒนาการของลูกทั้งทางร่างกาย สมอง และอารมณ์ ซึ่งหลาย ๆ บ้านให้ความสำคัญกันมากขึ้น แต่การส่งลูกไปเรียนดนตรีนั้นจำเป็นอย่างยิ่งที่คุณพ่อคุณแม่ควรมีชุดความรู้และความเข้าใจที่ถูกต้องด้วย เพื่อเด็กจะได้เรียนดนตรีอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ในเรื่องนี้ งามตา นันทขว้าง หรือ ครูอิงค์ วัย 28 ปี อาจารย์ประจำฝ่ายวิทยาการ โครงการฯ วิทยาลัยดุริยางคศิลป์ และอาจารย์พิเศษสอนวิชาดนตรีสำหรับเด็กที่สถาบันเพื่อพัฒนาเด็กและครอบครัว มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล บอกว่า กิจกรรทางดนตรี เด็ก ๆ จะได้เคลื่อนไหวทางร่างกาย นอกจากนี้ยังฝึกเขียนโน้ต เล่นเครื่องดนตรี เป็นการพัฒนาทางด้านร่างกาย ส่วนการพัฒนาสมองคือการอ่านและท่องจำโน้ต ดังนั้นเด็กจำเป็นต้องมีสมาธิก่อนเรียน และวิเคราะห์ได้ก่อนเล่น ซึ่งการเรียนด้านดนตรีสามารถเริ่มได้ตั้งแต่อยู่ในครรภ์หรือเพิ่งคลอด เช่น แม่เปิดเพลงให้ลูกฟัง เมื่อแม่ฟังไปด้วยก็อาจจะตบเบา ๆ เพื่อให้ลูกรู้จังหวะเพลง แต่สำหรับคุณพ่อคุณแม่ที่ต้องการส่งลูกไปเรียนดนตรีโดยตรง หลาย ๆ คนเข้าใจว่า การให้ลูกเริ่มเรียนดนตรีตั้งแต่เล็ก ๆ ย่อมดีที่สุด ดังนั้นจึงไม่แปลกที่เราจะพบเห็นพ่อแม่บางคนพาลูก 2 ขวบหรือเล็กกว่านั้นมาเรียนดนตรีตามสถาบันต่าง ๆ กันแล้ว ในเรื่องนี้ ครูอิงค์มองว่า ควรให้เด็กมีความพร้อมด้านพัฒนาการต่าง ๆ ก่อน เพราะไม่เช่นนั้นอาจมีปัญหาในการเรียนได้ "นักดนตรีเก่ง ๆ หลายคนเริ่มเรียนตั้งแต่เล็ก ๆ แต่น้อยคนทำได้ ดังนั้นคุณพ่อคุณแม่ต้องดูเด็กว่าพร้อมหรือไม่ เช่น สมองเขาสามารถสั่งการให้นิ้วแยกจากกันได้ หรือเขาสามารถนั่งอยู่กับที่ได้ก็หมายความว่า เด็กพร้อมที่จะเรียนเปียโน หรือถ้าเขายืนนิ่ง ๆ ได้ มีความอดทน ขยับสีไม่เพี้ยน และกดเส้นได้ถูก เขาก็เหมาะสมกับการเล่นไวโอลิน" ครูอิงค์เผย ดังนั้นช่วงวัยของเด็กที่เหมาะสมกับการเรียนดนตรีนั้น ครูอิงค์แนะนำว่า ควรเริ่มตั้งแต่ 6 ขวบ ถ้าต่ำกว่า 5 ขวบลงมาควรเป็นกิจกรรมทางดนตรีมากกว่า เช่น การร้องเพลงให้ถูกระดับเสียง สอนการอ่านและเขียนโน้ต "ไม่เสมอไปว่าเด็กทุกคนจะทำได้ บางทีอาจต้องมีเทคนิคการสอนที่ดึงดูดด้วย เช่น ต่อไม้ไอศกรีมเรียงเป็นตัวโน้ต และต้องดูพัฒนาการของเด็กให้เหมาะสมกับวัย อาทิ 3-5 ขวบ เขาชอบเล่น ก็หากิจกรรมให้ทำ แต่ถ้าเด็กไม่รู้ว่าเขากำลังเรียนอยู่ ต้องหาการสอนที่เหมาะสมกับวัยเขามากกว่า โดยครูอิงค์จะสอนกิจกรรทางดนตรีให้เด็ก ๆ อย่างเต็มที่ภายในเวลาปีครึ่ง ก่อนครูองค์จะสอนการเล่นเครื่องดนตรีของแท้" ครูอิงค์เล่า ส่วนคำแนะนำถึงคุณพ่อคุณแม่ที่ไม่รู้ทิศทางว่าลูกชอบเครื่องดนตรีแบบไหน ครูอิงค์เผยสั้น ๆ ว่า คุณพ่อคุณแม่พาลูกมาสัมผัสกับเครื่องดนตรีด้วยตัวเองก่อน และให้เด็กตอบว่าชอบอะไร แต่เด็ก ๆ ส่วนใหญ่จะเห็นแค่ไม่กี่ชิ้น เช่น ไวโอลิน เปียโน กีตาร์ เป็นต้น "ยิ่งเด็กได้เห็นเครื่องเล่นวงใหญ่ ๆ มากเท่าไร เขาจะเป็นคนบอกเราเองว่า อยากเล่นอะไร อยู่ที่คุณพ่อคุณแม่ต้องคอยสังเกต ซึ่งบางทีเขาเห็นใครเล่นอะไรก็อยากจะเล่นด้วย แต่การให้เด็กเล็ก ๆ ไปจับเปียโน ไวโอลิน ผู้ใหญ่ต้องคอยประกบ เนื่องจากเครื่องดนตรีเหล่านี้มีราคาแพง" ครูอิงค์ทิ้งท้าย ////////////// ข้อมูลประกอบข่าว งามตา นันทขว้าง หรือ ครูอิงค์ จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญา สาขาดนตรีไทย จากมหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาสตร์ การศึกษาปริญญาโท ดนตรีชาติพันธุ์วิทยา จากมหาวิทยาลัยเกษตรศาตร์ ศึกษาวิธีการสอนดนตรีสำหรับเด็กแบบโคดายและคาร์ล ออร์ฟกับรศ.ดร.ธวัชชัย นาควงศ์ นอกจากนั้นยังเข้าร่วมอบรมการสอนดนตรีต่างๆมากมายทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศกับวิทยากรที่มีชื่อเสียงระดับโลกอย่างต่อเนื่อง ปัจจุบันเป็นอาจารย์ประจำฝ่ายวิทยาการ โครงการฯ วิทยาลัยดุริยางคศิลป์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล และอาจารย์พิเศษสอนวิชาดนตรีสำหรับเด็กที่สถาบันเพื่อพัฒนาเด็กและครอบครัว มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล อ้างอิงจาก http://www.manager.co.th/family/ViewNews.aspx?NewsID=9540000113818
